Or even if they are producing insulin, it is in not in control. As we all know that insulin is actually a kind of hormone. This hormone helps the human body to convert sugar (located in the bloodstream) into energy for the cells. In simple words, without insulin, sugar cannot be converted into energy. Hence it causes the cells inside the body to wilt and then die.

As the cells start to wilt & die inside the human body, it heavily impacts the kidney system. Ultimately it results in the kidney failure, complications in the nervous system, alongside some heart conditions. Due to this, people who diabetes should be always careful & always measure their sugar levels & make regular check ups with the doctors.
